Randy Russell - Superintendent
Mr. Russell is serving as the Interim Superintendent of Gardiner Public Schools and is his 25th year in education. He earned Bachelors of Science from Valley City State University (ND) and two Masters in Education degrees from the University of Washington and City University. During his educational career, Mr. Russell has worked in Washington, New York, and Montana. He and his wife, Monica, have three daughters. His hobbies include boating, woodworking, and anything sports related.
Mike Baer- Principal
Mr. Baer is in his 5th year overall as a principal and his 4th year in Gardiner. Mr. Baer is entering his 20th year in education after having taught Junior High and High School Science in Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming. He has also serves as the Head Football Coach for the Bruins. His eldest daughter is in 2nd grade, his son is entering kindergarten, and he also has a 3 year old daughter. With his free time he enjoys anything in the outdoors especially, hunting, fishing, and skiing.
